As a Marketing & Operation Assistant at The Body Shop At Home (TBSAH) I support the TBSAH Marketing Manager, Marketing Communication Manager and Operational Manager with all front line business activities including:• Content generation, maintenance, monitoring of consultant website - Be Inspired• Assistance with all TBSAH event planning and communications activity• Supporting and facilitating all TBASH consultant, customer and host promotions• Assisting with print materials and catalogue productions• Assistance with key TBSAH operational systems updates and processes for consultant fraud identification, research and review• Assistance with operational activities related to key TBSAH consultant and customer initiatives• Act as a brand champion ensuring communications are on-brand and in line with copy approval guidelines.

During my internship at Miinto I developed an online marketing communication plan for the marketing management team. My first internship was at The Body Shop for the e-commerce and CRM departments. My key responsibilities were: • Setup briefings for the homepage visuals, affiliate banners, VIP Night invites, newsletters, etc. • Keeping up the daily statistics with Google Analytics and report them to the management team. • Writing product descriptions for the website and keeping the website up to date.• Organizing VIP nights for customers. • I worked closely with the PR team to organize The Beauty With Heart Launch eventAfter my internship I stayed for two more months.
