- Performs work efficiently and with a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail- Follows and implements established Access Services policies and procedures- Sorts books and prepares them for shelving- Shelves materials accurately using the Library of Congress Classification System- Pages materials requested by patrons- Processes incoming and outgoing shipments of library materials- Contributes to ongoing projects such as shelf-reading and shifting- Uses Alma (integrated library system) and computer to complete tasks- Provides assistance to patrons

- Provides onsite supervision and support to over 50+ residents daily- Oversees the safety and security of the facility and residents- Facilitates all intakes for residents, including orienting residents to housing expectations and guidelines.- Provide Residents with a list of house rules and enforce them daily- Works with housekeeping to ensure the community is clean and in good working order- Conducts room inspections to ensure residents are properly maintaining their area- Conducts quarterly check in with residents to ensure residents' welfare and mental state.- Assists with conflict resolution in coordination with supervisors- Maintains a fair, positive, and supportive culture for residents- Plans programs to enrich academic environment, promote critical thinking and encourage individuals to create strong relationships with both their campus and hall mates.
