I am an experienced data analyst and operations professional with over 10 years of experience across multiple industries ranging from private equity to nonprofit to entertainment. Utilizing the key skills of Excel, data analysis, and operations management, I streamline processes and provide efficiency improvement. As a people-first leader and continuous learner, my ability to interpret and analyze data has helped me gain a reputation as a critical thinker and problem solver who is committed to excellence and intelligent planning with a balance of analytical, technical and communication skills. I have found an incredible amount of joy in figuring out complex Excel formulas that help solve a problem, whether helping a colleague do a task faster or helping a manager get clarity around their workstream. I am a naturally curious person and love asking questions. My relationships with people have been one of my biggest assets in my career, allowing me to gain insights about people and processes. I believe in teamwork and try to maximize my impact in all of my roles, which is how my last role went from being a one week contract assignment to one with an open ended timeline (until the pandemic hit a few months later). As a continuous learner, I’m always working on keeping my skills up to date and following trends in data. I’m passionate about social justice and equity; I believe that diversity, equity & inclusiveness is everyone’s responsibility and so this is on my mind no matter what role I am in.
