International Project Management across Full Lifecycle: - Overseas potential partner's research, analyze and summarize; - Facilitate and Coordinate with the external partners, internal department head from initiating the project to the completion of the project;2. Reports to National WFM Manager *Responsible for Workforce Forecasting and Capacity Planning of China BU Line of Business: 1. Conduct 3-levels of Forecasting (60%)： • Budget Forecast (3Y Rolling): Company-level Planning Dialogue and Forecast Base setup in which align with Financial planning, Sales Revenue forecast/business strategy and historical data trend. • Hiring Forecast (3M - 6M Rolling) : Enhanced budget forecast which conjects up-to-date business trend which aligns with sales trend and used for hiring plan. • Schedule Forecast (< 1M) : Focus on the weekly, daily, interval call volume pattern for agents scheduling assignment and SLA achievement.2. Capacity Planning and External Communication (15%):• Regular communicate with external departments regarding future business trend, staffing plan assumption, attrition estimation, efficiency and shrinkage trend to ensure everyone is on the same page; 3. HC Sizing Computation of New Business Request (15%)： • Steer with COO, Sales, Operation, Quotation teams to understand the business requirement fully in the early stage includes but not limited to client profile, business model, billing model, service scope & details, KPI and Operation SLA goals; • Translate the initial requirements to Business volume estimation (Sales/Carpark/Policy volume, contract and service coverage duration) and Operation team capability analysis (AHT, operation model, operation hour, language capability etc.) • Work out the HC sizing solution with Budget HC and risk analysis; 4. Other Process Optimization and Implementation (10%): • Streamlined business steering process and standardized sizing template • Developed multiple forecasting methodology and Data Analysis model to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency; • Support internal project implementation: e-WFM tool upgrade, new Knowledge base system roll-out as WFM POC • Backup scheduling/Real-time control workload once needed;

Reports to VP, Chief Administrative Officer * Responsible for Operational workforce planning, Global Workforce Management process and project management* Workforce Planning, Strategic Reporting & Analysis(60%):- Operational Workforce Planning and Headcount Reporting & Forecasting for leadership, Real Estate, Finance, HR as basis of decision making;- Global Workforce Process - Site Planning Lead: work with US, Ireland and India colleagues on global workforce demand and fulfillment process design, execution, visualization, training and optimization.- Strategy& Planning: Quarterly Business Review, Site Scorecard, Initiatives alignment and reporting with Global Services.*Project Management & Solution Implementation(25%):- IT Project setup, resource allocation and resource timesheet billing utilization management and KPI monitoring.- Customize process improvement solution for improving operational efficiency and customer experience.* Partnership with Stakeholders (10%):- Global PMO Council meeting and BU Onshore/Offshore Planning meeting POC.- Support ad-hoc reports based on specific requirements for Delivery and Support Function teams.* Event Organizing and Facilitation (5%):- Leadership Visits logistics planning, event organizing and facilitation.- Organize company-wide events - InfoFest, all hands, Global Forum, TED Talk.

- Developing projects by using Oracle SQL and Java programing languages.

Attend 1 month Oracle Database training and hands-on project development;

- Design and update web content by using HTML, CSS programming languages.
