Ultimate goal: Utilising financial accounting expertise to add value for decision making of relevant parties. 1. Focusing on Developing and strengthening collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders from the divisional financial teams within the group to different business sectors in order to implement corporation strategy and add values to the company at the group level. 2. Insightful and up-to-date reporting in order to meet the needs of different parties for decision making within the ever-changing business environment: • Ensure to meet tight deadlines and surpass quality of financial reporting packs on monthly, quarterly, annually basis, which gives our parent company insights into the group performance• Collaborate with Forecast team on Strategy planning and implementation• Compliances reporting with governing bodies such as AFS, ABS, Financial Institutions3. Full year financial reporting: • Participate in preparation of Group financial statements and subsidiary financial statements• Effective response to internal and external audit requirements and ad-hoc troubleshooting so as to continue enhancing the company financial reporting quality and procedure • Assist with monitoring financial control across the Group4. Day to day execution of financial accounting at the Group level • Integrate divisions’ financial results and performance to report as group level on monthly basis• Processing Group Month-end journals and reconciliations5. • Invoice Scanning and Validation in SAP with volume of approximately 120 invoices/hour• Resolve Invoices Exceptions by dealing with Vendors and Project Managers on daily basis with peak of 250 exceptions/ day• Cooperate with Project Managers interstate to resolve Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Auditing Issues• Response to vendor and general managers queries via phone and Outlook email and maintain positive and mutual benefited relationship with different stakeholders. • Resolve Urgent Account Payable issues with Cash Management team

• In charge of processing customers’ documents, loan applications and assessing clients’ mortgage opportunities (under supervision)• Manage office operations, human resources, property facilities, practice software and client database• Control internal and external correspondence/communication especially client liaison • Develop and Operate Company’s Online Marketing strategy and Event organisation
