Senior Recruitment Coordinator within Central Operations at S-RM, a global risk and intelligence consultancy. I coordinate all our interviews, blind assessments and internal processing documentation/job descriptions across our 10 international offices. S-RM works by supporting our clients through providing intelligence which informs critical decision-making and strategies, helping to build resilience to cyber security threats, and responding to cyber-attacks and organisational crises.My role within S-RM is to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the full recruitment process, leading our EDI group and supporting the wider People Team. This work covers all of our business lines in both Corporate Intelligence and Cyber Security as well as Central Operations.My core responsibilities include: • Organising interviews, screening calls and assessments with BU's and external recruiters; • Liaising with all departments and stakeholders globally;• Creating job specifications and recruitment comms for all 10 offices;• EDI lead for the Recruitment team and Women's network champion;• Managing recruitment and EDI data and converting into presentable format for executives;• Researching current recruitment trends and candidate needs to improve our diversity and inclusion;• Assist with L&D with recruitment training and process documentation;• And keeping clear and concise communication with all candidates across the globe.
