Export Order Management Specialist
Current- Main point of contact for over 30 distributors in EMEA and APAC region
- Receiving and processing customer purchase orders for goods and services; creating and distributing daily sales orders, invoices, RMA, credit notes.
- Ensuring that all customer inquiries, including but not limited to, order status, inventory availability, delivery information, product information, pricing, invoices, complains are resolved satisfactorily.
- ensuring all export documentation requirements are in place prior to product shipment (preparation of commercial invoice, certificate of Origin, Declaration of conformity, Certificate of quality assurance, other.
- Dealing with freight forwarders to organize deliveries and collections
