Advised large corporate U.S. domestic and international companies with complex accounting and financial reporting matters associated with transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, carve-outs, and registered and private capital raising transactions under U.S. GAAP and IFRS and governed by SEC rules and regulations. During her tenure at PwC, Daiva worked on a large business acquisition project in aerospace and defense industry, several divestitures for S&P 500 companies in industrial products, oil and gas services and technology industries, a reverse merger between public pharmaceutical companies, multiple IFRS reporting projects, as well as numerous capital markets transactions, including debt offerings under SEC rule 144A and initial public offerings.
