DREAM is a sophisticated electronic ecosystem offering a unified digital pathway for all reconstruction projects. It consolidates all project-related data online, aligning with international standards, and presents this information through intuitive tables, graphs, and charts.At every phase, the system releases open data in line with the international Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS).DREAM empowers users to oversee every facet of the project life cycle: from registering damage and destruction to financing, procurement, construction, and final commissioning.The DREAM ecosystem caters to a diverse user base, including local communities, government bodies, international financial institutions, regulatory and law enforcement agencies, NGOs, media, and more.Complete transparency and data accessibility enable stakeholders to gauge project progression. This, in turn, facilitates informed decision-making regarding investment attraction, development strategies for industries, communities, and regions.DREAM upholds the pinnacle of integrity, accountability, efficiency, and transparency. In fostering Ukraine's recovery, it aims to fortify trust among the government, its citizens, businesses, and financial entities.

Responsibilities / Results:1. Electronic Services on the Portal and Mobile Application:1.1. Formulated and visualized statistics for 90+ e-services on the web portal and Diia application (60+ dashboards).1.2. Implemented regular analytical reports on service performance (conversion, metrics, KPIs, etc.).1.3. Addressed causes of low conversion and successfully increased it to over 90%2. Electronic Citizen Documents in Mobile Application:2.1. Integrated the ability to use digital citizen documents with validation, sharing, and digital signature capabilities (Diia.Signature) into 8,300 organizations, including:- Banks: 55+ (incl. remote KYC and account opening: 10+ banks)- Financial sector: 90+- Retail and marketplaces: 50+- Logistics: 25+- Education: 1,300+- Real estate: 25+- Tourism and leisure: 360+ - Justice: 50+- Public sector: 2,900+- Healthcare: 2,650+- IT: 20+.2.2. Prepared for integrating digital documents in foreign countries: creation and translation of documentation, BPMN diagrams, onboarding, workshops, webinars, consulting, and testing.3. Project Management:3.1. Created and implemented a BPMN diagram of the project workflow from idea to production, and further support and improvement, including change requests.3.2. Introduced and transitioned team processes to Atlassian Jira - Confluence - Slack services.3.3. Architecture and developed a custom CRM system for working with 8,300+ partners, 130+ e-services, and 14 e-documents.4. Quality Assessment:Created and implemented a quality assessment system for e-services and e-documents (incl.
