Worked as a contractor in AMP digital forms transformation project on Salesforce platform and mobile App. The application provides a user interface for customers to process forms through AMP website or App instead of original paper forms. It builds on Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud, and integrates with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Conga, DocuSign, BPMS and digital portal.

Responsible for Daimler (Mercedes-Benz) Salesforce project implementation, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Partner Community Cloud implementation and integration between Salesforce and other multiple systems.Achievement:• Successfully established E2E leads management process by integration between Salesforce and 6 other systems, that improved the quality of sales leads and the efficiency of lead follow-up.• Improved customer experience and satisfaction through migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Edition, optimisation of customised lead duplication rules, lead assignment logic, lead sync logic, SMS and Email notification.• Fulfilled sales lead management process between OEM system and dealership App, which promoted collaboration and sales productivity between the Daimler OEM and dealerships.• Effectively supported Daimler (Mercedes-Benz) on multiple new business launches, including the EQ electric car launch, me Store opening, e-commerce go-live, VAN sales process change.
