As an Account Representative at Godsell & Davis Inc., I build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. I collaborate with internal teams to achieve client objectives and deliver high-quality service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

In this role, I concentrated on sales and customer support for Dell's products and services, building a strong understanding of their offerings. I worked closely with customers to assess their business needs, challenges, and objectives, providing tailored solutions. I also took part in competitive pitch presentations, showcasing the expertise I gained during different phases of the internship.

While on-site for Samsung, I am responsible for the security of the company. I am to make sure those who are in the building have access and the right to be, as well as not allowing just anyone to enter.

During my time in this position, I was over a mini group, encouraging and working to excel in whatever job area we're assigned that day. While over this group I was putting my team in place of which they had strengths in and also putting them in a position to grow within an area that they were weak in.
