• This role involves managing a vast portfolio of member companies from sectors such as, Financial Services, IT, Retail, Construction, Hospitality & Health Care. • This role also involves representing those companies before the WRC and Labour Court on various cases such as Unfair Dismissals, Equality claims, Redundancies claims, Contract breach claims, OWT Act & Payment of wages claims. • Prepare written submissions for third party hearings. • Take instructions, draft and prepare member companies for hearings / negotiations. • Conduct legal research into past cases and documents. • Represent companies in Union / company negotiations. • Consistently provide support to companies with employment law queries and advice on best practice. • Review companies internal policies and contracts to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and legislative obligations.

• This role involved managing a vast portfolio of on-going and complex client cases through the provision of guidance and support. • Such cases include disciplinary & grievances procedures, dismissals, redundancies, TUPE, performance management & absence management. • Advised clients on employment law, HR and best practice matters in the workplace. • Consistently achieved and reached measured set KPIs.• Actively owed cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with various sectoral clients. • Provided clients with supporting information/documentation to assist them. This involves drafting emails, formal procedural invites, legal letters, process outcomes letter, dismissal letters, all staff memo, and any correspondents the client may require. • Review clients documentation and provide advice accordingly taking their internal terms and conditions into account. • Provide support in drafting contracts and various policies / employee handbooks in the workplace. • Refer to Company internal training and legal updates to ensure that advice provided is compliant with best practice, codes of conducts and legislation.
