Employer Relations Executive
Current• This role involves managing a vast portfolio of member companies from sectors such as, Financial Services, IT, Retail, Construction, Hospitality & Health Care. • This role also involves representing those companies before the WRC and Labour Court on various cases such as Unfair Dismissals, Equality claims, Redundancies claims, Contract breach claims, OWT Act & Payment of wages claims. • Prepare written submissions for third party hearings. • Take instructions, draft and prepare member companies for hearings / negotiations. • Conduct legal research into past cases and documents. • Represent companies in Union / company negotiations. • Consistently provide support to companies with employment law queries and advice on best practice. • Review companies internal policies and contracts to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and legislative obligations.
