• Coordinate and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations. • Enter data accurately into the transportation system • Use Excel to create spreadsheets • Assist Clients as well as office staff with any computer and/or WMS problems • Perform regular performance maintenance checks, cleaning and certify equipment operational performance. • Assist with other warehouse and office needs • Verify loads/shipments • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure loads are picked in timely manner
