With over 23 years of experience in talent management, I am a seasoned HR leader who drives people strategy and development for Infor in India. In my current role, I partner with the business leaders of Infor to advise on talent matters - from establishing culture, growing teams, workforce planning to retention and performance management. I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation for our professionals and HR teams across the globe. In my previous roles, I have led HR initiatives for various functions and practices within Deloitte, including US Audit, Risk & Financial Advisory and Global Tax business serviced out of India. I have also designed and delivered professional and leadership skills development programs for Deloitte Consulting in India. I have a strong background in HR strategy, policy creation and implementation, training delivery, competency development, and HR communications. I have also been involved in CMM and CMMi Level 5 assessments for relevant KPAs. I hold a M.A. in Human Resources Management, a M.Com in Accounting/Finance and a Degree in Law, as well as multiple certifications in psychometric techniques and IRPM.
