As the Chief Finance and Strategy Officer at Garner Health, I support the all-star team transforming the healthcare industry through the development of our cutting-edge doctor ranking and digital health platform. In my capacity, I oversee the financial planning and analysis team, focused on our 2024 annual strategies and budget, as well as our multi-year financial and operational roadmap. I supported Garner's fundraising, including closing an equity and venture debt deal to support a multi-year runway fueling our expansion initiatives. Finally, I manage the pricing team to drive pricing strategies for existing and new clients, as well as spearhead upcoming commercial products.Garner Health is backed by Redpoint, Maverick, Optum Ventures, Thrive Capital, and Founders Fund.

As Chief Business Officer I led the finance, operations, legal, people and business development organizations—overseeing several hundred full time and offshore teammates as we serviced 4 millions users nationwide.Citizen is the No. 1 public safety app in the U.S., with a mission to make the world a safer place. *Acquired by Citizen in January 2022*Harbor is an application that combines local emergency alerts and risk prediction with preparedness guidance, gamifying personal and home safety—integrating both ecommerce and digital services into one platform.We launched and scaled Harbor to hundreds of thousands of downloads, generating revenue across both consumer and enterprise, before selling to Citizen in January 2022.

Headspace is a “personal trainer for the mind.” Its app features 1,000 hours of meditation, video, animation and other media that helps its community lead happier and healthier lives.At Headspace I oversaw Global Business Development, a multifaceted organization focused on strategic business growth. Working across multiple teams, we spearheaded entering new international markets, including through joint ventures, driving new users and subscribers worldwide. We also established critical, high value partnerships with organizations such as Nike, Sesame Street, and The American Medical Association. I also spearheaded and grew Headspace's enterprise business, hiring the first sales team, SDRs, and sales operations teams, supporting the first seven figures of enterprise revenue.

Hallmark Labs was Hallmark's digital division, focused on innovating the company's strategy for new platforms, such as mobile phones and connected TVs. We spearheaded Hallmark's video-on-demand business, ecards business, and print-on-demand business. In my role, I oversaw a variety of P&Ls and teams focused on building new technology for Hallmark. We took over and turned around Hallmark's eCards business, re-launched their print-on-demand holiday card business, and built from scratch an SVOD service now called "Hallmark Movies Now."
