Oversee and run commercial projects in mainly schools, hospitals and MOB

1. Work one on one with manufacturing employees to assess risk of injury, perform posture coaching, self-care implementation and overall wellness promotion.2. Assist Safety Department, Medical Staff, and Production team to assess risks and determine ergonomic solutions, regarding countermeasures, process/element changes, body postures and team member development. 3.Provide class instruction for team members for general conditioning specific to process changes, industrial postures training and pre-shift stretching.4.Implement and evaluate programs designed to limit risks to workers, including assessment of at-risk body postures, implementation and education of self-care techniques, and individual coaching.5.Collect data on work environments and injury data for analysis by Safety and Health Services.6.Supervise exercise floor to ensure safety of participants and proper use of exercise equipment.7.Coordinate case coverage, follow up appointments and report out meetings with other department managers and shops.8.Ensure that work environment allows employees to maximize their comfort, safety, and productivity.9.Work with Safety and Health Department to implement and enforce standards.10.Apply injury prevention techniques including group lecture, individual coaching, and follow up.11.Comply with established operational policies and procedures.12.Fulfill all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Load/Unload materials off of truck via fork truck, stock necessary supplies, clean yard from debris, drive fork truck to arrange supplies, cut lumbar, provide excellent customer service.

Dispense medications, Assist individuals with activities of daily living, clean house, cook and prepare meals in accordance to the individuals needs (ie. puree diet), update documents, and plan events to take individuals on.
