Driven by her contagious passion for learning and helping others, her role has expanded in her tenure with Toshiba to oversee the global Toshiba Academy, Connect platform and the communication driven performance program IGNITE! Both the technology platform and program has since been implemented across several Toshiba operating companies, enterprises, and business units globally to a diverse audience of over 6,000 employees in 28 different countries, making an inclusive holistic employee management platform and program in Toshiba. Her favorite aspects of working at Toshiba include facilitating strategic sessions among her peers while also helping enhance the cumulative knowledge and skill set of the company’s geographically diverse workforce. In her free time, she dedicates her time to champion, inspire and share her skills and leadership expertise to coach and enhance the skill sets of both non-profit organizations and the people they serve. Foster youth and helping people overcome, succeed and conquer their fears and roadblocks, are her mission.
