Dakota Stadnik serves as the Center Administrator for several Clinical Mental Health centers, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. With a solid educational background, Dakota earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in education from Kent State University, alongside enhancing her cross-cultural awareness through studies at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in Bangkok, Thailand. Her areas of expertise are centered around driving the success of her centers through managing key performance metrics and fostering collaborative relationships with clinical colleagues.Dakota’s client care philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that every child has the potential to achieve greatness. She is dedicated to working closely with families and clinicians to devise personalized plans that unlock an endless array of possibilities for her clients. Her engagement with the community is evident through her active participation on the center’s Instagram page (@All_Things_ABA_), where she shares the local engagement and partnerships with organizations like Northeast Ohio Parent Magazine, Autism Speaks, The Miracle League, and local children’s hospitals to promote Autism Awareness.Professionally, Dakota has been involved in operations since 2019 and takes great pride in her ability to connect with families and team members to create a positive and trusting environment. Her contributions have significantly supported the network of team members and families associated with BlueSprig, fostering a shared trust in the services provided by the centers.When not working, Dakota’s passion extends to philanthropy within her community, volunteering for numerous organizations including Autism Speaks, The Starkey Hearing Foundation, Cavs Care, and the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
