Hello,I currently work at O'Reilly Auto Parts as the sole Technical Search Analyst. I have been in my role since October 2022 after doing data analysis in the telecommunications industry for 6 years. In my current role I extensively use excel to build reports for ad-hoc requests from stakeholders. Monthly I also utilize Microsoft VBA, PuTTy, Google Analytics, Excel, and Zeppelin for stakeholder reporting. Within Zeppelin I work with pyspark, spark sql and sql. DailyJira is used for various ticket creations, Confluence for updating documented SOP's with changes of signal data, and Solr for data validation. My role has me working in collaboration with software architects, developers, engineers, QA, project managers, cross platform teams and senior leadership to ensure stakehilder request, questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. In my previous data analysis role with T-Mobile I worked with Microsoft VBA, Verint, PowerBi and SQL on a daily basis. Outside of T-Mobile I currently serve in the United States Army Reserves as an emergency care sergeant and a Combat Medic.Personal accomplishments in role:-Novemeber 2021 IN-Crowd: Selected by call center senior managers and site director to join top 10% of the best employees during a 12 month period (July-June), due to analysis and reporting that drove and improved business metrics.-January 2023: Awarded Army Achievement Medal due to quality of leadership and mentoring provided as a squad leader.-June 2023: Awarded Army Achievement Medal due to medical care provided during OCONUS mission.-June 2024: Awarded Army Achievement Medal due to medical treatment administered and follow up checks on soldiers during annual training.-October 2024: Promoted from specialist to Sergeant in the United States Army Reserves.
