Current• Provide input impacting 9 medical plans and other benefit programs covering 130,000 lives and $414M in annual claims.• Influence product delivery to over 130,000 members, potentially impacting the quality of service provided by operational teams.• Design and administer comprehensive employee benefit programs covering various aspects including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement.• Regularly evaluate and enhance existing benefit programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.• Conduct rigorous research on complex benefit plan issues, staying updated with evolving benefit trends and regulations.• Act as the primary liaison for Student Health Plan clients, managing strong relationships and efficient communication.• Coordinate effectively with key vendors and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.• Support ad hoc analysis needs for consulting projects, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives.• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefit programs.• Implement proactive risk management strategies to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory landscapes.• Exercise high attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively while working on multiple projects.• Work effectively without close supervision, making independent decisions within company policy and regulations.
