- Influence product delivery to over 130,000 members, potentially impacting the quality of service provided by operational teams.
- Design and administer comprehensive employee benefit programs covering various aspects including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement.
- Regularly evaluate and enhance existing benefit programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Conduct rigorous research on complex benefit plan issues, staying updated with evolving benefit trends and regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison for Student Health Plan clients, managing strong relationships and efficient communication.
