I am a former Environmental Studies Honours student and varsity hockey player at Carleton University. Currently I am serving as the Saskatchewan Territory Manager for Covers. Before my academic studies I completed a 5 year WHL career playing for the Swift Current Broncos, Moose Jaw Warriors, Vancouver Giants, and the Yorkton Terriers in the SJHL.I have developed a strong passion for agriculture, growing up on a fifth generation family farm. This experience and my educational attainment has led to an appreciation and respect for the natural environment. The desire to continually learn and the natural environment stand out as defining desires in agriculture. Formerly I gained experience in the environmental field as a contract environmental technician at Baffinland iron mines on Baffin Island, Nunavut. Following this I served as a Mill operator at Nutrien Potash Mine in Rocanville, Saskatchewan. Lastly, I served as Northeast District Manager delivering both agricultural and environmental programming for the Saskatchewan Association of Watersheds. Currently I am in the role of Saskatchewan Territory Manager for Covers and look forward to serving the producers and retailers in Saskatchewan through education and implementation of cover crops in the province.
