Current-Supported key software and data solution activities to ensure the success and satisfaction of over 100 clients at an industry-leading cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.-Utilized well-developed problem-solving skills and a proven understanding of PHA-Web, the company’s flagship SaaS product, to quickly and consistently identify solutions to time-sensitive issues and promote hundreds of new and existing customers’ technological and strategic goals.-Engaged in seamless remote collaboration with technicians, developers, and a nationwide client base in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.-Consistently maintained accurate documentation on the progress of hundreds support inquiries while working with the product development team to address client concerns, fix bugs, and convey customer feedback.
