-Attend and transcribe client meetings with Financial Advisors by documenting valuable information regarding each client's goals and life along with any follow-up tasks to provide the Advisor and clients with a seamless meeting experience.-Use Redtail CRM to manage upcoming client meetings and each client profile to ensure that all pertinent information for the Advisor is ready for the next meeting.-Send personalized follow-up emails to clients after meetings with the next tasks for the Advisor and for the client to do.-Work closely with the CSA team to fulfill follow-up action items such as trades and opening accounts but also respond to client inquiries.-Work with Advisors to prepare for upcoming client meetings by evaluating client needs and preparing eMoney information for quality visual information.
