• Clearing the Cheques for Canada and the Cash work• Manage the delivery of Customer First Service Excellence of HSBC Canada.• Conduct monthly audits and Supervisory work• Ensures the team is focused on the acquisition of new business and personal relationships the retention and expansion of existing relationships.• Develop a culture within the branch in which quality and continuous improvement on all performance accountabilities are understood and utilized by all employees.• Manage sales referral goals on an individual basis as well as for the team assistance with branch security function.• Review retail branch operating policy, procedures and processes to recommend enhancements to achieve organizational & amp; business line efficiencies and/or mitigate operational risk.
