I am second in command operator I run the skid steer and mini excavator, I assist the lead operator with leading the men and lining them out on the prep that needs to be done for us operators. I help with loading and unloading equipment on and off trailers, hauling equipment from one job site to another. I know how to tap into a high presser main line and run it to a blow off valve if one is needed, then 45 it back out and 90 degree it back to 1 inch main line to the valve box. Set up valve manifolds for sprinkler zoning. When doing grass zoning you typically want 6-8 heads on the line per zone. I can cut and drag to get right grade, run a grade laser to make sure I’m on the mark. I know how to hard scape and prep for hardscaping, screeding and following a patter, with this also includes decorative concrete curbing. I know how to exroscape, lay down a fabric, mesh or heavy plastic will be rolled out the fresh grade after the heavy equipment remove all hazards, grass old landscaping and get it leveled. Once the fabric is down add the rock of the owners or business choice, wood chips, mulch or whatever the choice may be. I have a combined amount of about 800 hours on a skid steer and mini excavator, 500 on the skid steer 300 hours on the mini excavator.
