In my current role, I lead and coordinate strategic recruiting initiatives to meet the business needs of the Americas regions (NA & LATAM) and the global organization in collaboration with the global PMO. Create and implement effective talent acquisition processes and develop strategies that align with both regional and global goals, while also coordinating the execution of global projects in the region.In my most recent project, I developed and created a Contractor Engagement Process from inception in the US, which is now being implemented globally by our global working group.- Strategic Recruitment Planning - Lead the execution of comprehensive TA strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging market insights and best practices.- Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner closely with our CLT (Client Leadership Team) and People Teams to understand talent needs, define job requirements, and foster effective communication throughout the recruitment process. - CX Enhancement - Champion a candidate-centric approach by engaging recruitment experiences, optimizing application processes, and providing timely feedback to candidates.

- As recruitment was on hold, I was partially reallocated to our federal team (50%) to operate in a BDR capacity to help generate new business- Create weekly email campaigns to include new targets within the public sector to focus on our Data/AI, Customer/User Experience, Digital Transformation, Agile, and Product capabilities- Daily focus on content creation, Salesforce reporting/tracking, and new outbound strategies- Collaborated closely with Demand & Marketing teams to remain efficient and effective in outreach - Secured several meetings with C-level suite executives within the federal/public sector space
