Engineering manager responsible for the unique Near Field Range test facility for the Antenna & Multiplexer organization at SSL. Led and directed RF and alignment engineering team responsible for the NFR test activities of antenna subsystems for satellite programs. Managed schedule, cost, and risk of complex multi-national antenna subsystem NFR tests, while serving as the NFR technical interface with the end-customer in sell-off meetings and troubleshooting efforts. Supervised staff in a spacecraft manufacturing environment, interfaced with resource managers, engineers, end-customers, and the Program Office to ensure the success of antenna subsystem NFR tests.

Senior antenna program manager responsible for leading and coordinating all technical activities on a major satellite antenna subsystem program. Accountable for ensuring that contract requirements are satisfied while meeting defined schedules and budgets. Highly experienced in design, manufacturing, and integration of antenna subsystems. Integral core member of the Program Office team in ensuring designs meet or exceed customer specifications. Worked closely with Payload Engineering Managers, Systems Engineering Managers, Spacecraft Configuration Leads, Thermal Engineering Leads, and external subcontractors. Supported contractual agreement updates and proposal work as needed.Ensured that team members were effectively communicating and prioritized program activities. Developed risk management plans based on technical inputs from team members. Led and directed teams in identifying problems and implementing corrective actions. Performed requirement and trade studies analysis as needed. Prepared and presented technical reviews to management and customers; served as technical interface with customers, external agencies and vendors. Successfully managed the design, integration, and test validation of the Asiasat-6, Asiasat-8, Asiasat-7 and Nimiq6 antenna subsystems and supported their spacecraft testing in Compact Antenna Test Range and In Orbit Testing. Asiasat-6, Asiasat-8, and Asiasat-7 are satellites currently providing telecommunication services to Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Nimiq-6 is a satellite providing telecommunication services to Canada.

Supported various antenna subsystems designs and test directives for Spacecrafts ranging from NSS-12, NSS-14, Sirius-FM6, Intelsat-19, Interlsat-20, DishNetwork, DirecTV, and Telesat .

Integral core design member of the EchoStar-XIV Beam Forming Networks (BFN). Test lead in TerraStar High Power testing. Test lead in TC&R rework effort for various Spacecrafts. Lead in analyzing the ICO mutual coupling beam analysis.

Lab Engineer involved in the research and development of a new generation of wafers. Conducted research experiments for the continuous improvement of the photolithography, etching, cutting, and inspection processes; findings improved the thermoelectric properties of the wafers.Helped prototype the thermal gradient batteries used for medical and aeronautical applications.
