• Project planner for 3 projects (30MR$ - hydraulic, hydromechanical turbines and control systems equipment),• Preparation of the Project Schedule (Engineering, methods and processes, production and assembly/commissioning),• MRP materials run,• Project milestone and cost control,• WBS elaboration,•On-site project planner (preparation of histogram and monitoring of project assembly and completion).

• Creation of Load maps, machine queues, resource leveling,• Elaboration of short, medium and long-term production plans,• Materials planning (MRP run, materials control, and supplier follow-up),• Planning and Control of engineering and methods and process engineering releases,• Allocation of resources for industrial metalworking, welding, machining, painting and assembly of large equipment,• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies in production planning and control processes (Kanban Cards, Poka-yoke, Just-In-Time, A3, 5S)
