SKYDATA - COLOMBIA. 2022• Beneficiaries of the "NATIONAL CALL TO PROMOTE PATENT PROTECTION OF R&D&i RESULTS THAT PROMOTE THE ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT OF THE BUSINESS SECTOR", an initiative of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation - Minciencias, executed by the Tecnnova Corporation on behalf of JOINN - National Network of OTRI.• We were chosen in the call for the ACELERATECH 2021 program carried out by Ecopetrol, Chamber of Commerce and S-innova with the proposal "LOW AND MEDIUM HEIGHT CINEWHOOP FLIGHT PLATFORM FOR CROP INSPECTION".• Second place in the INNOVATE 2017 regional contest with the project "Aerial platform for geological research" that responded to the challenge: How to capture and characterize geological outcrops in areas of difficult access? presented by Ecopetro and UNIRED.

I was in charge of the manufacture and design products for pathologies that require high precision reconstructive work in surgical treatments tailored for cranioplasty, maxillofacial and orthopedics, providing knowledge in manufacturing processes, design, development, machining tools and equipment of production.

I managed the production department, directing, coordinating and controlling all the projects and manufacturing processes under lean methodologies, including the supply chain and the maintenance area.ACHIEVEMENTS: • Route is drawn for the implementation of lean methodology in the manufacturing process and new KPI´s are established for continuous improvement in the production process.

I was the Leader of the company's production area directing and coordinating the projects and processes of manufacturing, maintenance and supply chain, implementing new production processes and ensuring the development of personnel assigned to the manufacturing line.ACHIEVEMENTS:• Reduction of delivery time by 30% for 10 references of products with greater inventory turnover.• Savings of 30% of the cost of stock in raw materials and tools.• 70% reduction of the non-conforming product during the manufacturing process.
