My wife and I purchased the industrial distributor that was founded in 1972 from Edna Douadi in April. We are excited to grow our market share of B2G transportation and infrastructure customers throughout the US.

Acquired Tooling Components in August 2023 and look forward to growing the team. Established in 1987 by Diane and Bill Bowes, they grew a company with deep technical knowledge of die and mold components. I look forward to growing their legacy.

Founded Fresh Path to assist manufacturers with their exports by establishing distribution and marketing their brand. Pivoted in 2014 to begin exporting used automotive transmissions and engines into China, Malaysia, and Thailand that we source in the US.

Led three of the five companies for the holding company as either the President or Vice-President and was responsible for the the P&L.- Developed $1M in new business in one year while serving as Strategic Account Manager.- While President of Integrated Corrosion Engineering (AC&C) in 2014, won multi-year contract to supply cathodic protection engineering and materials to water pipeline project worth over $750k.- Asked to become VP of BK Power Systems to turn 80 year old company around in 2015 making a $1.2M increase in profitability in an 80% down market.- Established US Anodes in 2016 as served as VP to source magnesium anodes from China and sell into US market with $200k in sales in the first quarter.

Responsible for driving the top line growth of the Oil and Gas Business Unit by managing the Drilling Solutions’ P&L with a 70% CM and $1.5M in annual sales.- Developed service business model and built team to sell technical services to Drilling Contractors for the Oil and Gas Business Unit.- Managed a workforce of engineering technicians who delivered services and sold after-market products to drilling contractors worth $180k per month.- Grew cable assembly sales by establishing new, power generation OEM and Oil and Gas Drilling Contractor customers like Patterson UTI and Sidewinder Drilling.- Rebranded mining products and marketed to dredging industry, which increased sales by $250k in one quarter.

Trained workforce on leadership, developed wind farms, and sold wind turbines in new, international and domestic markets. - Developed and implemented training for supervisors and managers on leadership.- Secure financing (FINAME) from Brazilian National Development Bank (BNDES) by proving local content plan in Brazil.- Won $150M project in Brazilian auction after forming bid consortium to decrease learning curve and risk in Brazil and Turkey.

Served in various leadership positions as an Infantry officer before transitioning to Special Forces. Trained and led high-performance, cross-functional 12-man team Special Forces teams in combat in some of the toughest places in the world for almost three years.- Trained and led the 8th Iraqi Army Division in combat to decrease violence in Qadisiyah Province during the surge. Served as project manager for a 15 million dollar agricultural union project that increased the farming on arable land by 60% in 2007.- Responsible for synchronizing special operations missions in Afghanistan with a two hundred Soldier company of the German Kommando Spezialkrafte (KSK) and a three person US Special Forces team.- Deployed to the Philippines to train a Philippine Army battalion on how to fight the insurgents in Mindanao. Treated over 1000 patients in a 12 hour period during a medical capabilities project that my cross-functional team planned and executed.- Trained Royal Malaysian Police Officers to decrease drug trafficking along Malaysia’s Northern border with Thailand.
