Engaged in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which include: - Identifying and gathering user/business requirements- Plan development by refining and tasking out work within the development team- Design components of the application for UI mockups and or general flow- Build components with automated testing for validation to integrate within the end application- Deploy using automation with validation through either TFS build automation or Jenkins deployment pipelines- Maintain applications through fault logging, bug reporting and or general support requestsOther responsibilities:Support of enterprise-based applications such as Verint Impact 360, Avaya Dialer, Inova Digital Solutions and Fourwinds, Avaya Aura IVR, Genesys GAAP, and Moxie KnowledgebaseDocument applications and integration points along with knowledge base articles related to support.Apply automated processes in the form of scripting such as PowerShell to solve repeated support needs or to fill gaps left by vendor software. Low-level support of both Windows and Linux systems such as patching, troubleshooting, and integration.Technical liaison within the business to establish technical requirements or bridge the gap between technical and business teams. Examples of Development:- SOAP service platform to integrate IVR with Verint Impact 360 for attendance events- Application to enable departmental shift bidding with Verint Impact 360 integration- API hooks within Avaya CMS to perform automated agent skill resets - Facility room management with eCommerce payment integration- Consolidation of program, course, location and other details into a centralized application
