• Account Representative:
• Policy administration, handling all aspects of client accounts.
• Respond to client requests and inquiries demonstrating patients and empathy to each individual claim in efforts to establish a good rapport with every client.
• Maintaining existing spreadsheet and the creation of new spread sheets for certificates and other documents using mail merge and other advanced features of Excel.Claims Administrator:
• Client’s first contact for reporting claims.
• Data entry and the day-to-day maintenance of system by way of abeyance.

• Managing the renewal process for existing clients including scheduling, preparing renewal proposals and binders.
• Generating new sales by cross-selling all other insurance requirements resulting in increased revenue.
• Accurately preparing appropriate documentation, completing applications for new customers.
• Advising on insurance matters and recommending appropriate coverage.
• Issue certificates when requested and manage the entire certificate process.
