Head of finance for all Hudson UK managed Lone Star deals (c.£10Bn). Responsible for the Hudson UK finance team (3 direct reports), oversight of the Dublin corporate accounting team (3 staff), Frankfurt loan calculation team (4 staff) and all outsource finance providers across distressed loan, commercial real estate and operating company portfolios. Reporting to the Managing Director of Hudson UK (Asset Management) and the Global Head of Accounting (Corporate).Experience & Achievements:* Boarded £12Bn of European deals including £5.2Bn IBRC Rock-Salt distressed loan portfolio and £1Bn Moorfield direct real estate fund. Full ownership of finance transition and functions. Lead contact on transition team dealing with sellers post-close.* Director of Hudson Agency Services Limited. Created, launched and ran company to manage increasing number of facility agency roles on European commercial loans. 120 loans managed, generating over £1M in additional fee income.* Monitoring of Finance Directors on deal entities. Ensuring alignment to Hudson/Lone Star policies, expected performance and exit strategy.* Broad experience and strong asset management knowledge across a number of asset classes including loans (commercial real estate, residential and corporate), CMBS, RMBS, operating businesses (hotels, manufacturing and financial services), real estate development and direct real estate.* Permanent member of the weekly credit committee. Alongside Asset Management and Hudson Board Directors, recommending action on significant portfolio decisions.

Responsible for the UK Finance team and all UK related Finance Operations. Senior finance contact on UK deals, responsible for boarding, integration and transfer to Hudson teams/external providers whilst retaining oversight. Supporting Legal, Asset Management and Underwriting in exit and new deal due diligence.Achievements:* A part of team of three (including Senior AM and Legal) which negotiated and closed £300M Opal student housing loan sale exit to Goldman Sachs.* Up-skilled the UK Finance team to meet the changing needs of the business.

• Meeting with the departmental heads of Hatfield Philips reviewing the primary and special servicing loan books. Identifying ‘fee relevant’ developments in the credit committee papers, business plans and loan workout strategies. Modelling ticking, extension and liquidation fees accordingly for forecasting and budgeting. • Presenting proposed forecast changes at monthly review meetings to senior executives for discussion prior to final approval.• Reviewing variances between the actuals, forecast and the budget for reporting purposes. Writing commentary for discussion during the monthly Flash call.

* Reporting to the Finance Director, main responsibilities include modelling and presenting income for 24 investments in the LEI Fund and the complete monthly, quarterly and statutory accounting for 3 fund entities including the Luxembourg based SICAR and UK based LNR Partners Europe.* Working with Investment Management preparing quarterly performance meeting reports, discussing any impairments or FMV adjustments necessary to the Fund investments due to changing cashflows, covenant breaches or uncertainty, and re-modelling accordingly.

• Due Diligence, travelling to potential acquisitions and performing a full audit of the company, verifying the accounts, financial information, trade and assets before reporting findings and recommendations on future action to the board. • Integration, assuming financial control of companies post-acquisition continuing accounts on original systems whilst preparing the company for integration into GMGB.
