I play a play a key role in the growth and expansion of product offerings and services at Zayo. As a Solution Engineer Specialist I am primarily responsible for providing coaching and development to Account Executives, and providing technical support throughout the sales process. This includes designing and implementing complex data network solutions for Carrier and Enterprise customers.

As a Channel Manager, I am responsible for providing detailed descriptions and presentations of our product set covering Inbound, Hosted, SIP, White labelled 24x7 Support and Logistics services. I also deal with faults, sales queries and work closely with our channel partners to help construct service solutions with the use of our product set.I have 10 years experience in the Telecommunications industry over a plethora of roles. I am looking forward to my continued growth within this role.

Providing expert advice and guidance on how to customize our 24x7 support services to match with each individual customers support needs and call answering requirements. With the aid of our 24x7 support team, answering and deal with customer support calls as an extension of our customers team, we can provide full end to end support and resolution for a plethora of technologies and telecommunication services 24x7, 365 days a year.
