Coordinate and ensure that the materials supply chain is adequate to meet delivery schedules. I manage a multi-tier team approximately 45 employees strong composed of program managers, professional buyers, analysts, shipping & receiving as well as production personnel supporting Daktronics Service Center customers ranging from Elementary gymnasiums to Professional sports venues. I manage the training and development of employees to a subject matter expert level and provide support on procedural and technical issues.
