Dale has spent 14 years in the Canadian legal services industry, helping Canadians with past criminal records obtain Pardons, Record Suspensions & US Entry Waivers. He has over 30,000 completed applications under his belt, bringing a positive change in the lives of people & their families, who could not excel in life due to a record from the past. He has a strong belief that past mistakes should not define one's future. The stigma of these mistakes should not linger a lifetime, especially because it hinders one from providing a better quality of life to their family. Our families should not suffer because of something we did when we were "young and stupid". Dale has strong biases against how the Government of Canada handles past criminal records. He has been vocal about how the criminal code of Canada has prevented & continues to prevent millions of people from reintegrating into society as successful, law-abiding citizens. When he is not at his office, he spends time with his 4 children and wife. He also coaches high school students on successful entrepreneurship in & around the Greater Toronto Area. He is also an avid camper, hiker and traveler.
