Responsible for account management, development and implementation of sales strategies for B2B sales of digital inkjet printing inks in Europe, including Turkey, Russia, and Southern Africa in the signage, textile and industrial printing industries.• Appointing new distributors and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)’s responsibly in the regions, negotiating beneficial trade agreements and balancing coexisting product lines without disrupting existing distributors.• Networking at trade shows, prospecting and visiting OEM machine manufacturers to secure new business.• Conducting market research and identifying gaps in the market.• Collaborating with research and development to create innovative, custom ink product solutions.• Understanding customers printing needs and applications to make suitable ink and ink technology recommendations.• Assisting customers to plan for product/technology transitioning to accommodate for changing business needs or change in market demand.• Weekly reporting on actual and projected sales, including travel expenses and customer incentives (12 month forecast).• Effectively managing client relationships, and supporting distributors on local and international trade shows.• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships, to maintain an exceptional level of customer retention.• Demonstrating effective and efficient crisis management, and reinforcing client relationships through continuous, transparent communication and timely support.• Maintaining and growing existing distributors, including OEM’s in Europe, Turkey, Russia and Southern Africa.• Overseeing the implementation of marketing activities, including online or print campaigns, trade shows & incentives.• Leading distributor & workforce field training, ensuring the distributors have the correct technical understanding to accurately impart product knowledge & drive product sales.• Providing hands-on assistance to the technical team during customer support visits.

• Facilitated print quality control on each batch of ink produced on various Digital Piezo Inkjet printing machines and printhead technologies• Print tested new R&D ink formulas, as well as cross-referenced image quality and monitored key performance indices, including surface tension, drying speed, colour, nozzle stability, chemical compatibility, chemical and mechanical abrasion resistance• Engaged in colour management, ink integration, machine set up and calibration, loading of various printing substrates, and printer machine maintenance on multiple digital printing machines
