Mr. Pritchett has extensive hazardous materials program management experience in environmental, health and safety programs in the general industry and construction industry sectors. His work is currently focused on environmental compliance, hazardous building material characterization, indoor environmental quality assessments, and environmental health and safety management. He is competent in industrial hygiene program management, including the investigation, evaluation, and design of building remediation and abatement programs, including asbestos, lead-based paints and components, mercury, and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB)-containing and/or contaminated building materials. He has conducted exposure assessments for numerous chemical and material agents such as solvents, metal dusts, hexavalent chromium, and aerosol oil mists. He has experience in the evaluation of personal exposures, including noise, and has assisted in the management and maintenance of various hearing conservation programs. He has participated in the assessment of various indoor air quality parameters, including volatile organic compounds, particulates, bacteria, and fungi. Mr. Pritchett also has experience in the evaluation and management of mold and water damage remediation.
