• Directed all provisioning and maintenance for the largest Central Office in Arkansas, including STP, E911 tandem switch, long distance tandem switch, LATA tandem switch and local switches, 2000 Kw diesel generator and.
• Supervised up to 19 Communications-Technicians and Frame Attendants.
• Acknowledged as the top Central Office crew in the Southwest region for the year 2005, placing crew in top half of one percent.
• Exposed budgeting flaw that left critical Central Office at risk. 2 Mw generator project green lighted.
• Able to have new worktypes created in Work Force Administration (WFA) to make high priority CLEC work standout. This benefited all of Southwestern Bell.

• Managed administration of Definity ECS. PBX switch for daily voice communications plus 2 Definity switches to support Manufacturing, Administered Intuity Audix, coordinate voice and data services, monitor and produce.
• Managed upgrade of Definity ECS switch to latest version.
• Managed Y2K upgrades for Definity switches on factory floor.
• Planned, designed, engineered, installed and tested gigabit ethernet fiber optic cabling plant for Y2K upgrade. Project completed early with only two fibers crossed, affecting one small edge router.
• Planned and engineered Definity Wireless cellular system.
