Financial Reporting and Investor Relations specialist supporting the senior leadership team. Primary responsibilities included managing the quarterly and year-end financial reporting process, assisting finance, legal, and public relations teams in the development of required SEC documents, press releases, presentations and earnings call execution. Upon joining Reader's Digest I was asked to spearhead a project to research, analyze, streamline and unify the many legacy financial reporting systems in place around the world to a standardized Oracle Hyperion platform. The project ultimately culminated in the installation and upgrade to a $3.2 million system meeting leadership expectations and requirements. Additional responsibilities included Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Roadshow, Investor and Analyst Meeting presentation design and development. I was the primary point of contact for content management for the investor relations section of the corporate website (rda.com) and managed the contracts associated with major vendors such as Thomson Reuters and PRNewswire. I lead and represented the finance organization in all community relations projects in association with The Reader's Digest Foundation.

Primary resource for Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Roadshow, Investor and Analyst Meeting presentation design and development. I was the primary point of contact for content management for the corporate website (affinion.com) and managed the contracts associated with major vendors such as Thomson Reuters. Additional responsibilities included daily competitive analysis and publishing newsletter for senior leadership consumption and supporting the development and publishing of quarterly and year-end SEC required documents and press releases.

Direct report to Business Unit CFO, major responsibilities included Corporate Finance intranet design, development and maintenance, lead presentation design and development for senior executives, board of directors and telecom analysts. Also, designed and updated monthly business unit scorecards and dashboards used to prepare senior executives for Board of Director and Wall Street analyst meetings. Managed weekly business unit Synergy Scorecards as part of tracking commitments for the AT&T/SBC/BellSouth mergers.Prior assignments include leadership and support positions in Network Operations and Training, Centralized Services, Senior Draftsman for Outside Plant Engineering and Operator Services TSPS.
