I am back working with BD/Pyxis as a Field Service Technician covering the Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton region in Ohio. Working on the full range of Pyxis productsPreviously I assisted in implementing and trained users on the Nextgen Practice Management and Electronic Health Record products at physician offices throughout the United States. Prior to that I was implementing the Carefusion Pyxis SupplyStation product line in healthcare facilities. This also involved the management of those installation projects along with end-user training. In the past my responsibilities included the project management of ERP and HRIS system implementations at a medium sized healthcare facility. Post go-live my duties included supporting and training users on both of those systems along with creating custom reports, utilizing multiple tools for those, and other, database systems.
