My duties include the creation of graphic elements for print, web and video projects;responsible for shooting, editing and posting of video projects involving recordedvideo, graphic elements and still images.

My duties included the graphic design, advertising and coordination of all corporate events. I was also charged with creating, maintaining and enforcing the company’s brand standards. I maintained the company’s Web site and managed every division’s social media strategy and presence. I assisted in special projects when needed and wrote corporate press releases. I managed the staff of the Marketing Department, approved all marketing collateral and oversaw marketing processes for the entire company.For the company’s brokerage division, I was tasked with the creation of flyers, offering memorandums, proposals, tour books, valuation proposals, property photography, mapping, exhibits, mailers, press releases and renderings. I also developed and created the firm’s quarterly magazine that highlights their featured listings. I also oversaw the company’s presence at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ Conferences, including booth design, graphic design of booth panels, hotel reservations, registrations, collateral and execution.For the Commercial Management Division, I worked in tandem with the brokerage department in the creation of property collateral and signage. I also assisted with site plan/floor plan creation, renderings and building sign packages submitted by potential tenants.For the Multifamily Management Division, I created new brand identities for each property that was brought on for management, totaling over 20 properties during my tenure. I was also responsible for Web site creation and revision, flyer and floor plan creation, and created marketing plans for each property including: electronic and print media, housing fairs, community outreach and tenant events.For the Hotel Management division, I was tasked with the creation and graphic design of sales collateral, property Web site maintenance, property photography, marketing plan creation and execution, sales support, as well as writing and distributing press releases.

I was responsible for assisting with the organization of the historical archive, wrote copy, logged video tapes, interviewed students and faculty for video projects, video grip and graphic design.

I developed class materials, handouts, and lectures; graded assignments; was assigned to and lectured in graphic design, writing and ethics classes.

Attended briefings, hearings, assisted with appropriations requests, performed general office operations and gave capitol tours.

I was a seed lab technician, grain lab technician, field grain sampler, seed grain sampler, mappedfields using GPS units, and trained new employees. This was performed during the Summers of 2002, 2003 & 2004 in a regulatory area during an outbreak of Karnal Bunt - a fungal disease in wheat.
