Managing the delivery of two of Intrapac’s premium developments in Northern NSW, our yet to be named Terranora site (Area E) and Banyan Hill at Ballina.

Responsible for the delivery of Cobaki, a master planned community with an end value of $2.5B. Comprising 5500 dwellings, town centre, community facilities and environmental areas and will house 13,000 residents upon completion.• Road and service Infrastructure: resolving complex cross border issues and legal constraints to deliver unconstrained access negotiating with State (QLD and NSW) and local (Tweed and Gold Coast) approval agencies. • Master planning and detailed design: managing external consultant teams to ensure delivery of the full complement of commercial and residential product. Identifying and assessing risks and constraints and overcoming them through quality design outcomes.• Relationships: building and maintaining relationships with state and local government agencies as well as consultants and contractors and other external stakeholder and community groups has been essential.

Sedgman is part of the CIMIC group and design construct and operate mineral processing plants. Sedgman consulting supports the design function of the operation but also has interests in civil design and other large infrastructure projects.Reporting directly to the Director of Sedgman consulting I was responsible for:• Operations - establishing and planning the divisions strategy including staffing, equipment procurement, staff development, business development and managing the day to day operation• Project procurement – business development by building relationships with clients to secure work across Sedgman consulting teams. I was able to build a relationship and secure a large contract with a large Liquid Natural Gas operator (QCLNG) that provided Sedgman consulting approximately three years of work across multiple disciplines.

Metricon is one of Australia’s largest home builders constructing 6000 homes a year. As a senior executive in the development business I was responsible for delivering master planned communities and facilitating Metricon house construction on the developments, this involved:• Managing multiple projects at various stages of development delivering approximately 600 dwellings;• Project delivery included master planning, budgeting a financial management, joint venture partner management and negotiation. Design, approvals, consultant and contractor engagement.
