Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of overseeing projects with values reaching up to $300 million, both from contractor and client-side perspectives.My approach to Project Management and Management Consulting is rooted in my belief that successful management hinges on meticulous data assessment, ongoing stakeholder engagement, comprehensive planning, rigorous process control, and an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement. I also understand the importance of staying agile and responsive to the ever-evolving commercial landscape.With my foundation as a chartered civil and structural engineer, I bring particular strengths in civil engineering and construction to the table.
