Greater Salt Lake City Area

Over the years I have been involved in many different types of projects at MHTN. I have worked in all phases of various projects including pre-design, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Some examples of these projects include: Dee Elementary School; Orion Jr. High School; Tooele High School; Stevens Henager College (Salt Lake City, UT and Boise, ID); Wildcat Village at Weber State University; a few temples for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; and currently the Terminal Replacement Program for the Salt Lake International Airport in conjunction with HOK.

In 1984, while still in college, I started working for Dean L Gustavson Architects as a draftsman. Dean later retired and after a while, the company became EFT Architects. I gained a lot of experience from working with the people in this company. I was involved in marketing, programming, document production and project management. Some of the projects that I worked on were: Hill Aerospace Museum; Merrill Engineering Building Phase IV at the University of Utah; Life Science Buildings at UC Berkeley; Soils and Plant Nutrition Building Renovation at UC Riverside; Udvar-Hazy School of Business at Dixie College; and various projects for the Applied Technology Centers throughout Utah.
