About Dale Anthoni
I have worked as a Producer, Songwriter and Artist manager, with Milk & Honey Music & Sports, for 6 years and have experienced multiple areas of the business. From day-to-day management, publishing, and artist development- I’ve set up writing sessions, and A&R’d songs for the top clients on the roster, and developed up and coming producers, songwriters, and DJs. Dance, Pop, Hip-Hop, Metal, K-Pop, are my favorite genres but I listen to almost all new releases weekly on DSPs. My experience in songwriting and artist development, prior to working with Milk & Honey, led me to a creative role with the company- ultimately working on release strategies, graphic design for album artworks, and pitching demos worldwide.After graduating from AMDA: College & Conservatory in 2015, studying Acting, Music, Film and Songwriting I began my journey working within the music and entertainment industries and I am lucky to have gained extensive work experience, in administrative assistant roles, between furthering my education back home in Scotland. I had been involved in various societies and groups throughout my education and I was a resident advisor and international student adviser on campus at college in LA. I was also part of the 'Pop Music Company' who met each week and arranged a 'Pop' showcase.I enjoy working with other people in a team, as well as working with kids in an educational setting. I donated my time at Glenmavis Parish Church in Scotland, working closely with the Minister and local children's theatre groups, and I directed their Christmas Play for for the local community. My achievements in the workplace, back home in Scotland, include: being awarded the Premier Banking Outstanding Customer Service Award by HSBC in 2013 for providing a high standard of service to customers and for multiple instances of going over and above for someone in need. I also led the recruitment of a £50M refurbishment project of the St Enoch Shopping Centre in Glasgow which attracted new High End retailers who tasked the Job Centre with filling their vacancies in time for the busy Christmas Shopping period. All posts were filled with an excellent caliber of staff in time to meet the retailers deadline, which attracted shoppers to the center and contributed to improving the local economy.
