Some of my accomplishments include:• A new, modularized Cash Management Service architecture to Integrate new Web Applications and Services, Legacy Loan Systems, and Commercial Banking Partner systems.• A Microsoft .NET/SQL Server based Loan Origination System utilized by all Association Banks in the entire region.• A real time, Web Based Credit Scoring system and its integration with the AgFirst Loan Origination System (Microsoft .NET/SQL Server based).• The Enhancement and Maintenance of the Legacy Commercial and Real Estate Loan Systems (COBOL, CICS based).• Headed the development of a new Pricing System to manage all aspects of the wholesale pricing of all commercial and real estate loan products. This program integrated new Web Applications, Web Services with classical client/server and mainframe systems..

Systems were developed on both Unix/Oracle and Microsoft platforms; also was responsible for the project portfolio management and tracking for the Project Management Office. Some of my accomplishments included:• Nevada Power and Light Program: Planning, Design, Development and Testing of the migration from a monolithic legacy utility system to a fully deregulated, transactional system while working with Nevada and California Utility Regulators. Awarded the “Ruby Award” (the highest SCT Business Unit Award) for my leadership and contribution to the success of this project.• IBM/ “The New Power Company” Program: The project was a joint venture between SCT, IBM, and a major Energy Company to develop and test an universal energy trading system for the US Market.• Earned the “Emerald Award” as the Technical Manager of the New Power Company Program. The “Emerald Award” (the highest SCT Corporate wide Award) for being the Manager of the Top Team Contribution for the year.• Technical Manager of a new Web Based Utility system for the Co-operative Market.
