Work with local SMBs on various parts of their businesses including areas such as strategic planning, franchising, sales, marketing, forecasting, budgets, etc.

Responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the church staff, leading all functional areas in the accomplishment of the church’s mission. Work closely with the Lead Pastor and Local Board of Administration to align staff and leadership teams to the missional objectives of the church, ensuring that the systems, practices, activities and policies are responsibly and effectively carried out against those objectives. Provide support and supervision to the full time pastoral staff and ministry directors, assisting them by being a resource in order that their ministry objectives are accomplished. Functional areas include outreach, arts, pastoral care, group life, student and children’s ministry areas as well as strategic planning, finance, administration, human resources, and operations. I was responsible for creating the original infrastructure (conception and coding) that would allow the company to scale. Started as a web developer, worked on their conversion from Scholars.com to SmartForce.com in Redwood City, CA, then moved up to the position of Web Manager, Support to help oversee a team of 6 developers supporting and extending functionality on their main learning platform.[Scholars was a reseller of CBT Systems.
