Designed, developed and performed training courses for Maintenance Technicians and Equipment Owners from the US, Europe and Asia. Designed courses using Performance Based Equipment Training (PBET) techniques including needs analysis, objective/outcome definition, and lesson plan. Developed visual aids, training materials, and training CD’s used to communicate complex information in a clear manner. Primary responsibilities involved installation, start up and maintenance of microlithography equipment and ultra pure chemical distribution systems. Both of which involved hazardous chemicals used to manufacture microchips. Microlithography systems dispensed chemicals onto silicon wafers to develop IC images. Bulk Chemical Distribution systems managed and supplied numerous chemicals throughout the semiconductor factory to other equipment using them for microchip production.
