As a Land Records Technician I was responsible for any updates to the county mapping systems. I worked with the public, assessor staff and planning staff to determine legal lot status on a variety of land uses. I became the resident expert in researching lot histories and determining what type of "platting" options were available. This experience has allowed me an education and understanding of the inner workings of the County government systems that I can in turn pass on to my clients.
